Job Summary

The hybrid schedule requires 3 days in the office and 10% air travel.

The Project Partner will be responsible for directing strategic and operational projects and will own the roadmap on several high visibility initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Document and analyze information and processes.
Assess and minimize risks throughout the project life cycle.
Maintain all project documentation pertinent to the project.
Resolve and/or escalate issues.
Proactively communicate project details.
Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change.
Execute contractual obligations.
Serve as a team lead on initiatives, strategy, and key accounts.
Assist with the development & organization of presentations and business reviews.

Qualifications:

3+ years Operations experience.
Two years’ experience managing large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change management.
Understanding of, and experience with, POS reporting requirements.
Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. High school degree or G.E.D..
Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strategic thinker.
Manage cross cultural client and internal relationships.
Advanced proficiency all Microsoft Office Products.
Experience with an ERP system (i.e., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards) preferred.
Reporting tool experience (i.e., Business Objects, Crystal Reports) preferred.
PMP and/or Lean Sigma certifications preferred.
