IT Project Manager

Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM and Change Management? CSA is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to collaborate with our Navy client, delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, overseeing and tracking IT projects in support of the Navy's mission
• Your agility and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will be pivotal as you collaborate with your team to shape project roadmaps, establish key milestones, and implement performance metrics to monitor progress.
• Utilize skills to deliver advanced solutions that support the nation's defense, while also ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow modules and user training for enhanced ITSM capabilities.
• Track the implementation of future ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide user training on ServiceNow ITSM, empowering team members to maximize its potential and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 years of relevant experience 
• General Experience: Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software and Network Programming.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly with hardware installations such as servers, workstations, or network infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in managing ServiceNow implementation and ensuring its sustained effectiveness.
• Previous experience collaborating with U.S. Military clients.
• Effective communication skills to engage with leadership and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of networks or classroom training technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Security+ Certification.
