VP, Digital Publishing

The VP of Digital Publishing will lead our publishing services, ensuring that they deliver value to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party product development teams. They will lead a team critical to our goal of delighting fans with our video games. This will include managing the QA team and building the certification and localization teams. It will also require strong partnerships with our platform and technology teams, creative teams, marketing and consumer insights teams, and business development team.

 

What You'll Do:

• Outline a publishing strategy for our portfolio of games in development, developing key performance indicators for publishing efforts and ensuring our games reach fans across the globe.
• Create a digital publishing process that coordinates efforts across our teams that streamlines publishing for our development teams and leads to successful game releases.
• Use research and data to formulate integrated marketing plans to support new game launches, updates, additions to existing games, and feedback on our portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders like platforms, publishers, distributors, media, influencers, etc.

 

What You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of experience in the video game business.
• 7+ years leading publishing teams.
• Experience shipping at least one AAA console product and software-as-a-service product.
• Inspirational leadership and people management with a proven track record of encouraging and developing others.
• Creative problem solver comfortable with ground-breaking fast-growth strategies and innovative business models
• A diplomat, with significant intellectual horsepower, capable of weighing complex tradeoffs to achieve business results.
