Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Leader to join The Javvy Coffee Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our supply chain to support our rapid growth while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and alignment with Javvy’s business goals. Leading a cross-functional team and collaborating with external partners, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, streamline processes, and ensure our supply chain evolves in step with our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support overall business objectives and drive operational excellence.

● Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including, demand planning, inventory management, 3pl management, logistics, and distribution.

● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer experience, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business needs and customer demands.

● Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance.

● Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain and logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

● Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.

● Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels through continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

● Team Leadership: Mentor and develop supply chain staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.

● 8+ years of experience in supply chain management within the CPG food or beverage industry.

● Proven track record of team building, management and people development

● Proven track record of leading supply chain transformations and driving operational efficiency.

● Experience evaluating and onboarding new manufacturing partners & negotiating supplier contracts

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and managing accountability/SLA’s with internal and external stakeholders.

● Strong understanding of inventory management and demand forecasting systems (Netsuite preferred) to ensure Javvy's products are in stock and ready to ship.

● Proven track record in managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective order fulfillment.

● Expertise in evaluating, negotiating, and optimizing shipping carriers to reduce costs, improve delivery speed, and enhance service reliability.
