Residence Hall Directors coordinate building and community aspects of a residence hall or complex through the use of a Residential Curriculum; developing an inclusive student community that is academically and socially engaging; initiates, plans and organizes community development initiatives in residence halls or complex; assists in hiring and training student staff; supervises and evaluates staff; supervises residence hall office and building security operations; advises residents on social, academic, and behavioral concerns; includes evening, weekend, and on-call duty. Advances key departmental values centered on student learning, wellness, inclusion and the creation of vibrant communities.
This role has a live-on requirement and assumes on-call responsibilities in hall/complex and on campus as required.

Additional Information:
This position will begin in summer semester, June 2025.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience and education. 3 years of relevant experience required. Experience honoring and advocating for all individuals.
Desired: Masters degree in college student personnel, higher education, counseling or related fields; 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred; full-time or graduate residence life experience.
The salary offer for this position will be based on internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the selected candidate’s qualifications.
