We are seeking a PDC Coordinator I to join our team at the Nissan Parts Redistribution Center (NPRC in Mt. Juliet, TN.
Job Summary:
The PDC Coordinator I, Coordinates activities associated with dealer compliance with the policies and processes outlined in the Nissan Parts and Accessories procedure manual. Works with dealers, NNA management and contractors to identify and fulfill logistical and operational requirements at the Part’s Distribution Center (PDC). Also provides analysis of personal reporting for payroll and Report of Operations productivity. Plans with management, expedites replacement requests and coordinates temporary contractor issues with supplier. Produces weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and forecast reports. For all inbound and outbound shipments, monitors and analyzes claim levels to ensure that Nissan and dealership customers have damage free parts availability to service vehicles. Provides analysis of current claim status. Creates transportation claims to debit carriers. Plans, issues, expedites and resolves replenishment orders with contract suppliers to ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery to meet logistical requirements. Produces, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and forecast reports.
In conjunction with HQ, maintains and updates budget projections, related database information regarding supplier payments and tracking. Reviews budget proposals and invoices for accuracy and coordinates changes to resolve issues. Follows up with departments and suppliers to ensure availability. Generates established performance and metrics to ensure KPI performance.
Maintains the Dealer Return Program. Updates master scheduling tables of dealers and develops various reports for Dedicated Delivery and LTL Carrier pickups. Coordinates with dealers to troubleshoot system information. Prepares transportation/handling dealer debits for dealer returns. Develops and distributes reports with dealers relating to dealer performance, dollar value accrued and parts shipment returns.
Coordinates Safety, Medical and OSHA reporting at the PDC with HQ and State agencies. Produces weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and forecast reports. Senior liaison for conferences regarding confidential analysis and review at PDC. Plans, expedites with communications to regions, HQ, outside contractors suppliers and dealers to resolve issues and to meet PDC logistical requirements. Produces, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and forecast reports.

- Reviews and analyzes service parts claims history to identify and report claim requirements. Distributes data to effected NNA departments for appropriate stock checks packaging/packing operational processes. Works with dealers, carriers and NNA departments to identify and implement corrective actions along with payment resolution.
- Performs inventory and procurement related responsibilities for designated suppliers to support equipment and operational requirements. Quarterly reporting
- Supports, maintains, and troubleshoots, Infor, the time reporting payroll system. Monitors daily Contractor time reporting system and takes counter measures in conjunction with contractor.
- Runs adhoc Excel/Access reports to analyze operator performance, part number inventory conditions as requested by NNA Parts and Service, Parts Logistics, Service Parts Supply and NML. Develops supplier performance reports for staff review.
- Runs routine reports for NNA management to review scrap, claims related graphs, inventory KPI’s. Provides statistical data analysis of parts inventory including internal scrap/claim analysis, non-saleable. Notes changes in trends and implications for corrective actions. Responsible for timely, concise periodic reporting utilizing data to track and forecast PDC key performance indicators (KPI) for NNA management. Provides NNA management stock check inventory reporting to ensure accurate accounting.
- Accesses Xign and SAP database to generate reports and analyze departmental KPI statistics relating to PDC budget and supplier purchases.
