Alpine was founded by industry veterans with experience building some of the nation’s largest and most successful value-based care organizations including HealthCare Partners, agilon, OptumCare, SCAN, and Landmark. Alpine is backed by Summit Partners, a leading growth equity firm with a focus on investing in best-in-class healthcare companies, specifically in value-based care.
Alpine is acquiring and building primary care practices. As part of this strategy, Alpine is seeking to add an Associate to the Corporate Development team who is eager to join a growth stage company and work closely with an experienced team dedicated to providing high quality integrated coordinated care.
Associate responsibilities include:
Sourcing new investment opportunities through cold outreach and coordinating with Alpine’s existing physicians
Mapping market geographies to identify attractive regions for Alpine’s model
Attending trade shows and conferences and reviewing industry data sets to build out Alpine’s database of opportunities
Conducting due diligence and quantitative analysis on new investments
Helping manage existing practice relationships and strategic projects
Serving as a clinician-facing representative for the Alpine organization
Most Associates have two-to-three years of professional, quantitatively-based experience (typically from investing, investment banking, or consulting, although we invite other backgrounds to apply). The Associate role requires highly motivated individuals with a self-starter attitude as well as strong analytical and communication skills. The Associate role is a remote position with opportunities to travel to Alpine’s operating markets and participate in team offsite activities.
