Lead Sports Instructor/Referee

Part-time

• Weeknights and Saturdays-10-15 hrs/week
• Opportunity to create new programs and dictate your own schedule
• Salary: $16 to $17/ per hour

As a YMCA Lead Sports Instructor, you'll enjoy coaching, refereeing, and overseeing youth sports, making a positive impact, and building meaningful relationships with kids and families in the East Madison community. Your role would involve developing and implementing practice / lesson plans in various sports such as: Football, Basketball, Baseball / T-Ball, and Volleyball. You would also officiate youth basketball, football, and volleyball games on the weekend. We are looking for someone to ensure a fun and safe environment for all, foster a sense of community and growth, and contribute to the overall positive experience of youth sports.

Experience: 1-2 yrs of working with youth, coaching, or leadership.
