About the role

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our Compliance Specialist will work alongside our operations teams to manage the digital upload and organization of inspection reports across various compliance portals, ensuring that all accounts remain up to code as required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently upload inspection reports to the designated compliance platforms in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Accurately upload inspection reports into designated portals, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly submitted to code and accessible.
  • Answer incoming calls for phone queues when short staffed
  • Addressing inquiries related to inspection reports or directing requests as needed to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with branches to gather and provide customer-requested inspection reports in a timely manner.
  • Support various projects assigned by the corporate management team, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
  • Provide additional corporate assistance as needed, including administrative tasks and coordination of workflows.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
  • Complete any additional assigned task as requested
  • Provide operational support to the Billing Manager by assisting with the processing and tracking of compliance-related expenses.
  • Review, reconcile, and update expense records based on portal reporting to ensure accurate branch and cost center allocation.
  • Analyze and validate compliance portal charges to support accurate invoice preparation and timely submission.
  • Manage the CertaSite Customer Portal process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience in a service industry or like position preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Available for occasional business travel, which may include nights and weekends
