Job Posting Title: Administrative Assistant, Control Tower
Time Type: Full Time
The Control Tower Administrator will work daily duties within the Control Tower along with working with the operations teams. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with good communication skills, attention to detail, and an upbeat attitude.
Candidates should be able to assist management and operational teams when required. Tasks may include providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling specific control tower tasks, such as generating reports, communication with clients and overseas offices.
- Work with order management program, DChain (DCP) reviewing orders in the portal / pipeline
- Maintain Control Tower working instructions to ensure they are always up to date and distribute accordingly between the team.
- Identify non-compliance issues, document and notify internal and external client.
Educational background / Work experience
- Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Data entry experience
- Working knowledge of general office equipment

- Excellent organization and computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- The ability to work to deadlines, frequent changes and new priorities is key to this role. As well as possessing good communications skills, and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in use of Microsoft applications. PowerPoint and Excel experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail

For this position, the expected base pay is: $20.75 - $27.75 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
