Job Description

Pay: $17 - $20 per hour

Duties

• Initiate and maintain professional communication with customers and technicians.
• Process and prepare installation paperwork
• Close out files in timely manner
• Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, collection of payments, etc.
• Work closely with managers, installers, and other departments through emails to help insure team accomplishes jobs efficiently
