As a Field Top of House Project Manager, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the Field Team. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the Field and BC&P. 

General Responsibilities:
Lead projects of all scopes and sizes from intent to execution by providing strategic direction to projects.
Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent. 
Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts in a timely and Well Managed fashion.
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication and partnership skills, which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
Coordinate and present program status, risks and escalations at a leadership team level to obtain buy-in or drive towards resolution.

Additional Responsibilities
Own and drive team programs, projects, and roll outs from intent creation through implementation in partnership with the Field Leadership team and other key partners
Manage the Field Go-To-Market forums for partnering with intent leads and calendaring with prioritization 
Be the SME on the existing Go-To-Market process, owning the detailed documentation and providing recommendations on how to improve for both speed and effectiveness, contributing to the ease of doing business.
Support coordinating the annual Field Experience in partnership with Field Effectiveness
Assist in other program management across the Field as needed
Remote eligible: Up to 10% travel required as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• At least 3 Years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters / MBA degree

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience

• At least 1 Year of People Management experience

• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Project Management

 

McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager, Project Management

 

New York, NY: $159,400 - $181,900 for Manager, Project Management

 

Plano, TX: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Project Management

 

Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Project Management
