About the role

We're well on our way, and you'll be joining at a perfect time to reap the benefits of our stock options program!<br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong><strong><strong>What you'll do:</strong></strong></strong></p><ul> <li>Manage all elements of the product launch process from acquisition, design development phase, and equipment build-up until the successful start of production.</li> <li>Accompanish the development phase from the manufacturing point of view to ensure a proper design readiness under the Design for Manufacturing aspects.</li> <li>Work with operational stakeholders to drive detailed plans as appropriate.</li> <li>Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.</li> <li>Apply the global product launch process to all product launches including inputs, timelines, and key deliverables from cross-functional partners, managing multiple launches at the same time.</li> <li>Strictly control and follow MLC and Gate reviews release them according to typical Norms and Skeleton Quality requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members.</li> <li>Assist in the attainment of product revenue growth and attachment during the initial post-launch period through the development and implementation of new products, programs, processes, change management, and enhancements to value add activities.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>You are a great match if you have:</h3><ul> <li>2+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry, automotive supply industry, and equipment builders, preferably with contact with product launches, industrialization projects, or supply chain management.</li> <li>Completed technical university studies, e.g. in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable.</li> <li>Experience in launching products and communicating with customers and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Knowledge of the product development phases, process development, and change management.</li> <li>Fluent in English with written and verbal communication skills & strong German language skills.</li> <li>Experienced handling of MS Office applications.</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly, understand customers' needs, and how the products and processes work.</li> <li>Highly driven self-starter, motivated, with excellent communication and organisation skills, strong attention to detail in all areas of the position.</li> <li>Able to effectively operate as a matrix manager in coordinating people and resources from multiple areas of the company.</li> <li>Troubleshooting, creative, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and productively in a dynamic environment.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>You can work with the <strong>most ambitious ultracapacitor/battery experts in the world</strong> who can back up your ambition with real-life performance.
