QA Tester (Test Manager)

You'll be focused in• Responsible for the definition of test strategy for the products• Review and analyze system specifications;• Coordinate and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results;• Create and maintain logs to document testing phases and defects;• Responsible for overall product Quality Assurance scope• Prevent bugs and errors from the development team;• Help troubleshoot issues;• Work closely with product owners in defining the user stories acceptance criteria• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing;• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;
In order to succeed you'll need• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field;• Proven experience on Test Manager and/or Quality Manager, as a QA Tester or similar role;• Experience in QA methodology;• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors;• Working knowledge of test management software, namely Jira, Confluence and xRay;• Knowledge in building manual tests (user perspective)• Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural, interdisciplinary, balanced product team. • Strong communication and analytical skills  • Great English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have• Knowledge of SQL and scripting;• Familiarity with Agile frameworks;• Regression testing;• Automation Testing;• ISTQB (Foundation Level or higher) OR TMap NEXT® Test Engineer (TMPTE or higher) certifications
