Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, with offices in Budapest, Chennai, Seattle,&nbsp;Tokyo, and Zagreb, CMT measures and protects tens of millions of drivers across the world every day.</p> <p>CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative&nbsp;<strong>QA Engineer I, Customer Solutions</strong> who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsibilities:</span></h2> <ul> <li>Advocate for and ensure a high quality user experience across the entire CMT product base</li> <li>Follow standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness</li> <li>Help create and maintain test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures based upon business requirements</li> <li>Perform functional, application, and regression tests to ensure current products meet design specifications</li> <li>Perform ad hoc and exploratory testing throughout the entire software development life cycle</li> <li>Review and provide feedback on product feature requirements and designs</li> <li>Execute tests, isolate bugs, troubleshoot, and log defects through to defect closure</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams to explore requirements, designs, and implementations in order to execute acceptance tests and develop quality plans</li> <li>Identify and execute automation for common test cases with guidance from senior team members</li> <li>Execute functional test scripts and regression testing using automated tools</li> <li>Work directly with customers to help execute end to end testing and understand, diagnose, and resolve issues</li> <li>Complete any additional tasks as they arise</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications:</span></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in a related field</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience in QA, including internships, academic projects, or related coursework</li> <li>Analytical mindset and will
