Our opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in account-based marketing operations for enterprise software and will be responsible for key platform administration, campaign architecture/management, reporting, and analytics for Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, and campaigns. You will be responsible for managing interconnected marketing and sales technology systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment between the two functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying data insights that will drive informed decision-making to continuously optimize and improve marketing performance.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Management of all aspects of marketing operations: This includes but is not limited to the marketing automation platform, ABM platform, and all connected SaaS. Monitor and maintain data quality and segmentations, lead and account enrichment, processing, scoring and routing, build and manage email/forms/campaign architecture, ensure proper integrations across systems to automate lead and account insights to sales.
  • Owning marketing analytics and performance reporting: Responsible for enabling just-in-time visibility to accurate core metrics, campaign metrics, and other ad-hoc reporting and performance evaluation analysis. Work hand-in-hand with marketing, revenue operations and sales to ensure effective processes are in place to actively monitor, analyze, measure and report the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
  • Partnering with leadership to build in-depth views of marketing attribution: Build a metrics model that supports detailed visibility to all engagement points within an account. Work on thresholds and tiering to support marketing attribution models and an understanding of what channels, content, and messages are supporting pipeline creation.
  • Supporting ABM and demand generation campaign management: Build and maintain campaign architecture that supports clarity for performance evaluation. Ensure all forms transmit the proper data across systems.
  • Serving as a key linchpin between marketing and sales to drive flawless execution: Optimize the lead hand-off and follow-up process. Keep a watchful eye on all leads and qualified accounts that should be activated by the sales team. Talk through follow-ups and make sure that a strong feedback loop exists to help marketing understand what is and isn’t working when leads and accounts are being worked by sales. Facilitate support with event outreach, campaign outreach, and cadence creation as necessary.
  • Driving innovation in the marketing operations approach and technology stack: Lead the vision for our marketing technology roadmap - audit and evaluate our marketing technology stack frequently. Educate the team on the latest ways to drive improved performance and efficiency through marketing operations processes and technology.
  • Data Compliance - Ensure compliance, quality and mailability across systems, audit and implement data privacy policies and keep a pulse on the latest operations trends (data privacy, cookies, etc.)

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo experience)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing operations within the SaaS industry
  • Hands on experience with ABM tools like 6Sense or DemandBase, enrichment tool - Ringlead (Zoominfo)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools quickly
  • Proactive communication skills and a passion for collaboration
  • Must be able to effectively work on multiple tasks, prioritize and communicate realistic expectations to users
