Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Scheduler to join our Federal Solutions team. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for complex, fast-track industrial and federal projects.
Parsons delivers programs on secure federal installations and complex industrial sites where schedule integrity is critical to mission success. Candidates must be analytically rigorous, clear communicators, and comfortable working with multi-party project teams.

Position requires substantial coordination with project teams at client and federal facilities, with travel as needed to support schedule development, progress updates, and delay analysis.
This position is based near Little Rock, Arkansas and is part of a 4–5 year contract. During the first year, remote work is permitted. After the first year, the selected candidate will be required to either reside within commuting distance of Little Rock, AR or be willing to relocate to the area.
What You'll Be Doing:
Senior Schedulers are responsible for building and controlling high-quality schedules that integrate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities. You will apply advanced techniques including critical path analysis, Monte Carlo risk analysis, and resource loading to drive realistic forecasts and early identification of delays.
Develop, maintain, and control the integrated master schedule (IMS) for complex industrial and federal manufacturing programs.
Integrate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and qualification activities into a coherent logic-driven schedule.
Perform critical path analysis, float management, and what-if scenario planning.
Apply Monte Carlo or similar quantitative risk analysis techniques to assess schedule confidence and contingency.
Track progress, measure performance, and produce clear progress and delay analysis reports.
Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of proposed changes and claims.
Coordinate with project management, commercial, and discipline leads to keep the schedule current and actionable.
Prepare schedule narratives, recovery plans, and briefings for project leadership and clients.
Mentor junior scheduling personnel and promote consistent scheduling practices across the program.
