Overall responsible for services in Iberia and manage the Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon offices. The role assumes responsibility for sites budgets, accounting, and finance, contracting and the implementation of customer experience programs related as well as events.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Responsibilities:</b></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage Facility Coordinator and Event coordinator to develop and execute the annual Site Operations Plan in alignment with the Regional Strategic Plan. This shall include the local priorities, projects, execution timeframe and deliverables.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Align and partner with the Regional lead in order to maintain a trusted relationship with the client business leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible, with the Facilities coordinator,  for the relationship with the building manager and the business center.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide visibility of opportunities in processes and programs for improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide financial and execution reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work in collaboration and in alignment with the Sourcing Regional team to measure and track vendor performance, ensure vendor invoices are submitted for payment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work in collaboration and alignment with the Regional lead to support Facility Coordinator and Event coordinator to develop site and country budgets and forecast, including the follow control processes to track expenses and report against budget.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Align in the Key local Stakeholders relationship strategy to understand needs, facilitate decisions and approvals. Implement new services standards and programs. Keep level services standards as expected in alignment with the regional program.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep excellent communications with clients, maintain and share all relevant information. Customize communication plans at site level according to regional programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Align with peers on service delivery and standards. Escalate as appropriate to keep high standards and similar customer and employee experience across the region.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support site-specific goals aligned with the regional Environmental and Sustainability Program (Energy, Water, Waste &amp; Recycling), define and execute action plans to achieve those goals. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute routine walkthroughs and assessments, proactive work order entry, execution timeliness and follow up.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Respond to unsatisfactory comments in terms of the employee services, from the requester by escalating this information to the designated contact and follow the continuous improvement processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Complete each phase of the JLL cycle performance evaluation of direct reports. Responsible for developing and delivering the evaluation of soft skills (Learning Agility Sustained Performance process). Ensure to provide coaching, 1:1s and managing complex conversations. Responsible for keeping teams aligned with IFM strategy and regional programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help the local team to grow and to reach full potential</span></p></li></ul><p><br/> </p><p><b><b>Requirements:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, and related fields are desirable.</span></p></li><li><p><span>MBA, Hospitality or Wellbeing certifications are desirable.</span></p></li><li><p><span>3-5 years’ experience in a similar position including soft services management in corporate office
