About the role

Training and Thought Leadership Coordinator, Assistant Vice President

Purpose of Role:

Confirm entities the role will interact with on a day to day basis

  • To be center point of contact for training and through leadership initiatives
  • Support client visits, training programs in Boston. Coordinate logistics, build/tailor training programs for clients
  • Run thought leadership events in coordination of other State Street teams

Major Responsibilities:

  • Be the centre point of contact for all training and thought leadership related events for all MENA clients based out of Boston
  • Build and tailor training programs based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with broader State Street teams, understand research and training capabilities.
  • Build close working relationships with key individuals across State Street, to support training and thought leadership activities
  • Work closely with the regional clients, understanding training requirements, optimise State Street’s key capabilities to respond to these requirements
  • Work closely with sales and relationship management teams in the region to identify training opportunities for clients and prospects alike

PERSON SPECIFICATION

 Level of Education/ Specific Qualifications: Degree qualification preferred

Skills and Experience - interpersonal, numerical, problem-solving, analytical, etc

  • Good understanding of financial services and in particular asset management and asset servicing
  • Analytical ability and problem solving skills. Highly motivated, multi-task capable and willingness to learn and develop within role.
  • Project management skills together with a level of I.T. knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
