About the role:
As the Technical Training Specialist, you’ll drive the design and delivery of technical training across Forestry Corporation of NSW. The role sets the strategic direction for capability development, leads the creation of innovative learning solutions, and ensures compliance and consistency in all operational and compliance training. Collaboration with managers and subject matter experts is central, as is coordinating programs, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement
You Will Bring
• Experience facilitating the delivery of training or learning and development in a multi-site operational environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Proven ability to build capability and consistency across diverse teams
• The ability to adapt, regroup after challenges, and maintain a solutions focus
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent), or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility to travel as required
