We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Hardware Validation and Signal Integrity Lab teams! As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of dedicated Hardware Validation Engineers and SI Engineers, ensuring the successful execution of hardware validation activities and maintaining the integrity of signal integrity testing processes!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8 - 10 Hardware Validation Engineers and Signal Integrity Lab Engineers, providing mentorship and support in their professional development.
  • Lead the day-to-day activities of the validation and SI lab, ensuring projects are driven efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams such as Hardware Design, Product Development, and Manufacturing to drive successful validation efforts.
  • Define and implement validation strategies, test plans, and methodologies to ensure the thorough verification of hardware designs.
  • Supervise the setup, maintenance, and calibration of signal integrity lab equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable testing results.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to hardware validation and SI testing, and implement standard methodologies within the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, tools, and methodologies, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in hardware engineering along with Signal Integrity, preferably with exposure to Memory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading hardware/SI teams, preferably in the field of High Speed Design.
  • Proficient in hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.
  • Proficient in hardware testing tools such as Keysight Infiniium, Tektronix MSO, or Rigol DS.
  • Familiar with hardware standards and protocols such as DDR4, LPDDR5, or GDDR6.
  • Familiar with hardware development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
