Job Description

The Partner Relationship Manager position is to drive awareness, engagement, and deal flow through our broker channel across all U.S. markets.  This position led efforts to create an in-house loyalty program, source discounts, cultivate partnerships, and work across teams in support of the Center Community Club.  This role serves as the connective tissue between our brand, regional broker communities, and on-site center teams. You will lead initiatives to market our offerings to brokers, support General Managers in executing successful broker-facing presentations and events, and collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and our third-party marketing agency to ensure campaign alignment and execution. This role will also play a key part in launching new centers by developing and executing broker strategies that build visibility and awareness in emerging markets.  Work closely with the Strategy Team to build out the loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:

Broker Channel Marketing 

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns targeting commercial real estate brokers across all U.S. markets. 
  • Manage broker-specific collateral, digital campaigns, and CRM outreach in collaboration with the marketing team. 
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other digital platforms for targeted outbound broker outreach and brand visibility. 
  • Collaborate with our third-party marketing agency to align broker-focused messaging with overall brand strategy and ensure timely delivery of assets. 
  • Monitor broker engagement data and provide insights to inform continuous improvement of outreach strategies. 

 

Loyalty Program

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with our brand, mission, and member needs (e.g., lifestyle, business, travel, technology).
  • Negotiate exclusive discounts, offers, or bundled services to be included in our member benefits program.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with external partners, from initial outreach through contract execution and ongoing collaboration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, strategy, and service teams to integrate partnerships into our member platform and communications.
  • Monitor the performance of partnerships (e.g., utilization, satisfaction, ROI) and adjust strategy to maximize impact.
  • Stay current on market trends and member expectations to ensure the benefits program remains relevant and differentiated.

Partnership Development 

  • Build and nurture relationships with commercial real estate brokers and key brokerage firms nationally. 
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing broker networks to drive lead generation and visibility. 

New Market Strategy & Launch Support 

  • Design and implement broker engagement strategies for new center openings to generate early visibility in developing or untapped markets. 
  • Coordinate with local teams and leadership to ensure pre-opening outreach, events, and relationship-building are executed effectively. 

 

Center Support & Broker Engagement 

  • Serve as a front-facing representative at broker-focused networking events, open houses, and presentations alongside General Managers. 
  • Act as an internal partner for center teams to enhance local broker engagement strategies. 
  • Ensure broker presentation materials are aligned with brand standards and consistently executed.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).  MBA desired, but not required. 
  • Experience: 5-6+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills — both externally with partners and internally with stakeholders.
