Summer Intern - Order Management Transformation - Remote Indiana
For over a century, Allegion has been recognized for its security products and solutions. We are a team of pioneers, trusted experts, and innovative thinkers, and we are seeking a Order Management Transformation Intern to join us on our journey to create a safer and more accessible world.

What you will do:
Assist in the development and launch of new product features
Contribute to feature planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication
Work with colleagues to define, develop, validate, and deploy solutions to real business problems
Perform business analysis tasks such as data collection, reporting, and process mapping
Get firsthand exposure to a multitude of business systems, including those used for order entry, product configuration, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), master data management (MDM), etc.
Gain familiarity with agile development methodologies and software product teams
Interact with partners and subject matter experts in different functions across the organization
Participate in regular meetings with your manager, various project teams, and relevant stakeholders
Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and potential future opportunities with Allegion
What You Need to Succeed:
Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.), preferably 50-75% complete in degree program
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and to work independently on assigned tasks
Self-motivation and personal ownership for results and outcomes
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong curiosity and a willingness to ask questions
