Manager, Commercial Plasma - Remote or Boca Raton, FL

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for activities related to the procurement of materials, supplies and equipment
• Organizes and executes procurement and contracting activities in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers
• Serves as primary contact and coordinates activities with internal stakeholders to address operational issues
• Maintains relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of goods/services that meet business requirements
• Contributes to process improvement to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service
• Monitors and enforces compliance to the the Global Sourcing and Procurement Policy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or technical field relevant to CSL products
• 5+ years' experience in procurement/purchasing
• Purchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) preferred
• Demonstrated success in contract negotiations
