About the Role

In this role you will be a part of the Merch Planning team that brings the financial strategy of our product vision to life. You will support the inventory and product assortment strategies in the highest volume store(s) in the ON fleet. As Manager, you will drive the success of the store by one or more product categories by creating a project plan and developing processes to align the brand strategy with the customer needs. You are passionate about using your qualitative and quantitative skillset in a fashion retail environment and find joy and creativity in forecasting and inventory planning. You are curious, innovative, and focused on executing an amazing customer experience while delivering/exceeding financial targets. Strong analytical and storytelling skills will serve you well, and a collaborative mindset is a must.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate cross- functionally to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy that aligns financial and product opportunities

  • Create action plans to support sales growth

  • Partnership with Store Leadership Team to assess inventory needs and drive profitability and improve operations

  • Educate stores on Product strategies to drive customer experience

  • Analyze business to impact depth/breadth & capitalize opportunities

  • Create dashboards to share with HQ and Store Leadership

  • Ensure product strategies come to life in store and meet financial expectations

  • Leverage & execute existing Inv Mgmt systems and tools to manage store inventory levels

  • Identify risks and opportunities to business and recommend strategies to mitigate inventory and financial risk

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross functional team (Merchandising, Visual, Store Leadership, Merch Planning)

  • Possess strong business acumen and strategic agility, able to handle many projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing workload

  • Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills, able to present ideas and directions that rally others to action

  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
