As the Director, Demand Generation, reporting directly to the CMO, you'll be responsible for improving and scaling demand generation efforts across all product lines. You will drive the demand strategy and, by using data, will plan and execute tactics to support pipeline growth. You will manage all demand efforts, supporting new logo and customer expansion efforts. Your team will be responsible for end-to-end demand, driving marketing touches from awareness through closed won deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a demand marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Orchestrate cross-functional, integrated campaigns that are aligned to strategic messaging and competitive positions across channels to reach addressable market and accounts.
- Enable always-on programs to drive inbound motion.
- Manage demand budget to support ABM, vendor, and other expenses and drive ROI.
- Support professional development of high-potential team members.
- Activate demand channels by segment, including paid, organic, and ABM programs.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns throughout the buyer journey and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly.
- Ensure a highly productive relationship with sales, driving strong alignment on strategy as well as pipeline and conversion rate objectives.
- Alongside the Marketing Operations team, you’ll support personalization efforts to penetrate critical accounts better.
- Develop Quorum’s data-driven demand engine to drive new business and expand our customer base.
- Manage overall demand generation strategy, programs, and budget.
- Orchestrate DG and ABM programs that successfully engaged target accounts and move them through the buyer journey.
- Build, execute, and scale high-performance ABM programs to support DG goals and sales success.
- Partner with content, brand, and product marketing team to execute multi-channel programs: email, webinars, digital, direct mail, etc.
- Own performance marketing efforts like paid search and paid social programs.
- Proactively engaged with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing programs .
- Work on honing in on our ICP, leveraging data, and working cross-functionally.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, and/or digital marketing for B2B companies. At least three years of managing a team of marketing professionals.
- Data-driven mindset to support decision-making.
- Expertise in understanding data and executing programs across channels to create a customer-centric experience.
- Salesforce, Marketo experience.
