Job Responsibilities
- Hit the ground running quickly to become a CLM super user.
- Drive the global transformation of the 2024-2025 Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool for Global Procurement Services (GPS)
- Lead key workstreams in support of contracting for the global Procure to Pay (P2P) system implementation, and align with P2P team to deploy CLM aligned to P2P and GPS operating model transformations region by region through FY25 timeline.
- Business ownership of contracts migration strategy and plan, including coordinating with both software provider and internal technical teams on contract migration activities.
- Rollout, lead trainings, and support CLM users across the globe.
- Work collaboratively with legal, sourcing, data and analytics, and other teams to identify continued areas for improvement, including in contracting tools, technology, process standardization, governance, and training.

As GPS at Applied Materials continues its 2024-2025 Contract Lifecycle Management tool (CLM) transformation and Procure to Pay (P2P) system implementation, this role will lead the global CLM rollout, as well as key P2P workstreams. You will also be responsible for standardizing and documenting global procurement contracting processes, engaging global procurement and legal teams for feedback and alignment, and driving the development of guidance, training, and support. You will report into the Contracting team within the Strategy, Performance Management, and Governance pillar (SPMG) of indirect procurement, and will work alongside, consult with, and learn from professionals in data and analytics, policy, and internal marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for learning everything about GPS contracting, from policy to process to contract terms to technology and drive continuous improvements.

$108,000.00 - $148,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range isΒ the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
