Job Description
The Contract Administrator will provide support to the Experian Health Legal/Contracting department and will focus on the drafting, negotiation, revision and finalization of customer contracts among others.
Responsibilities:
- Provides contract drafting, negotiating and editing of customer agreements
- Conducts negotiation calls with customers or other third parties
- Assists in creating new templates as needed
- Drafts and updates reports and/or contracting database
- Collaborates with Sales, Finance and other departments to meet goals
- Conducts research as assigned
- Other Duties as assigned
This is a hybrid role located in Franklin, TN which would be in-office for onboarding/training, then for occasional meetings only.
Qualifications
The candidate will be expected to learn and use Salesforce and APTTUS software to perform the day-to-day functions. The candidate will need to be an effective communicator with the sales staff, customer representatives and the Experian Health Legal/Contracting team and professional in all communications.
- Knowledge of contracting process and negotiating experience;
- Familiarity with healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills problem solving, analytical skills and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of legal or contracting experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
