What We’re Looking For: 

We’re on the hunt for an experienced food service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead a team, and brings positive energy to every shift. Our ideal candidate is: 

• Experienced (2+ years) in healthcare or high-volume food service 

• A natural leader (1+ year in a leadership role required) 

• Skilled in food service logistics: procurement, prep, safety, and kitchen operations 

• Detail-driven and organized with strong critical thinking skills 

• Compassionate, kind, and ready to lead with empathy 

• A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills 

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and ready to learn new tools 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

From event planning to day-to-day operations, you’ll be a go-to expert keeping Nutrition Services running smoothly. You’ll support the team, elevate patient and staff experiences, and bring culinary visions to life. Here’s what your impact looks like: 

• Oversee daily operations in assigned food service areas 

• Partner and lead staff in executing safe, timely, and high-quality meal services 

• Coordinate catering for internal and external events—menus, logistics, and beyond 

• Work with clients to meet dietary needs, preferences, and budgets 

• Ensure presentation, portions, and food safety always meet our high standards 

• Serve as the point person for events from start to finish 

• Track budgets, manage supplies, and handle month-end documentation 

• Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork across the Nutrition Services team
