Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Job Summary

 

As the Senior Catering Manager for a corporate dining account, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of catering services.

 

This position requires Monday through Friday availability between the hours of 6am and 9pm. Your schedule will flex depending on operational needs.

 

This position offers weekends and holidays off, a competitive benefits package and the ideal work location- 3 World Trade Center.

 

Strong communication skills will be essential to your success in this role.

 

Experience Required:

Catering experience
Teamwork
Expertise with event coordination including planning, ordering, and execution from start to finish
Creativity to create events and proposals per client requests
Ability to multi-task between numerous projects simultaneously, while remaining very organized and calm in a fast-paced, fluctuating environment

 

Skills:

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
Organization
Be self-sufficient, able to work autonomously, and on-the-go
Outgoing, professional and willing to adapt to constant changes
Ability to complete an event from start to finish with minimal supervision
