Woodhouse Spa is looking for a reliable, self-directed maintenance technician to keep our four
luxury day spas in top condition. This is a part-time position with a consistent Monday through
Friday morning schedule, perfect for someone who wants steady work without the commitment
of full-time hours. You will rotate between our Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, and Bottleworks locations, handling
general repairs, preventive maintenance, and keeping our facilities looking their best. We also
have a small regional office and massage school that need occasional attention.

What You Will Do

• General handyman repairs: drywall patching, painting touch-ups, door and lock fixes,
furniture assembly
• Minor plumbing: faucet leaks, toilet repairs, clogged drains, soap dispensers
• Equipment maintenance: massage tables, pedicure chairs, laundry machines
• Preventive maintenance: filter changes, drain treatments, facility walkthroughs
• Coordinate with licensed contractors when specialized work is needed

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of maintenance or handyman experience
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical knowledge
• Own your own tools (hand tools and basic power tools)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license 
• Smartphone for communication and work order tracking
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Monday: Carmel

• Friday: Float day for projects and follow-ups

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable on ladders and in various working positions
• Standing, walking, bending throughout the shift Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
