ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a energetic motivated Director of Business Solutions to help lead business process improvement and application evolutions across the global enterprise to streamline processes leveraging lean methodology. Understands best practices for creation of scalable business process improvement and design, proven capable of delivering influence at all levels of the organization. Proven success developing consistent global business practices and applications. Influence methods directly correlate to proven change management strategies or certifications to ensure a disciplined structure. Leverage followership to ensure new business processes and applications are understood and adopted with accountability.

This critical role will provide indirect leadership and direction to functional leadership. Supporting business with active mentoring and implementation of best practices. Excellent listening, collaboration, partnership, providing governance, and continuous improvement in project management to develop business processes and application strategies to support transformations, while leveraging lean practices. Accountable to manage application projects at a strategy level, with lean values and a focus on leading transformations leveraging kaizen roadmaps at an execution level. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead critical Business Solutions programs to ensure application problem definition, value stream mapping, visual program mgmt, quality deliverables, timely deliverables, business buy in and engagement during project, and change management.
• Lead and Coordination Business Solution strategies with cross functional global teams to identify resource requirements, relevant data, budgets and leadership oversight & buy in before program start.
• Visible and respected strategic influencer across the enterprise. Steering user experience to understanding and adoption. 
• Excellent concise executive level communication of complex and/or controversial programs at both C-suite and execution levels
• Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes in the highly regulated medical device industry. 
• Partner with the business to create fact-based DMAIC business cases supporting collaborative process and systems re-engineering documentation.
• Demonstrated project and program management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic and analytical decision-making, coupled with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Lead and organize Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement, ensuring a robust pipeline of application focused improvement initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cross functional Project / Program leadership experience in matrixed global organizations across multiple functional disciplines.
• Indirect people management and influence relative to complex, controversial, and often first of its kind innovation heavy projects based on desired solutions.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Expert domain knowledge in multiple functional disciplines. 
• Demonstrated leadership of business programs requiring business process re- engineering 
• Project/Program leadership of large-scale enhancements
• PMP Certification
• Lean Certification
• Leadership experience in management consulting.
• Working Leader
• Application project experience

Below is the base pay range for this full time position.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package.  This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.  Your 10x recruiter can share more about the Company’s total compensation package during the hiring process.

Pay Range$203,000—$275,000 USD
