Job Description

The PLT Final Finish Production Supervisor - Plant I will:

Direct activities of both hourly and salary parity personnel to reach and maintain a high level of quality, schedule attainment, efficiency, maintenance, adherence to environmental policy, housekeeping and safety.  Responsible for all training, discipline, and scheduling overtime and vacations for all final finish employees. Responsible in seeing that warehoused product meets all customer requirements.

  1. Direct activities of employees to maintain quality, quantity, and safety.
  2. Responsible for employee training reviews.
  3. Responsible for HRD implementation.
  4. Perform required paperwork which includes WHIP inventory, rework, production and reviews.
  5. Conduct safety meetings beginning of each shift.
  6. Facilitate BT1 meetings.
  7. Attend daily shift hand off meetings.
  8. Responsible for entering work orders.
  9. Responsible for creating routing plans.
  10. Perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager, and Lead Supervisor.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years experience required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.
  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing supervision experience.

Environment:

  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes. 
  • New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends. 
  • The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
  • The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

The starting annual salary for this role is $68,940 a year.
