How you will be Compensated

• $20.00-$26.00/hr Depending on Experience

What you will Do:

• Work on-site in our beautiful SLO office 5 days a week.
• Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear
• Supports in the build, deployment, and renewal update of in-house benefit administrative technology solutions
• Coordinates and prepares new case implementation submissions for the account management team
• Supports production to ensure delivery of new hire and open enrollment employee communications
• Participates in education that provides professional growth and development
• Protects confidential information based on HIPAA and other regulatory privacy laws

Qualifications

• High school degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as ability to learn new applications
• Current CA Life & Health Insurance license or ability to become licensed within first 6 months of employment
