Overview:

Working within the Accounts Receivable team delivering effective cash collections, customer account clearing, issue / query resolution and weekly aged debt reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that incoming payments for wholesale and franchise customers are posted and cleared in an accurate and timely manner
  • Working closely with a variety of people throughout the whole company to make the sales process as smooth and efficient as possible
  • Work with the Accounting Manager to develop and deliver process improvements
  • Oversee and manage the updating and clearing of customer accounts to ensure accounting records are current and accurate
  • Provide support on all accounting and finance related topics and projects
  • Work on ad hoc administrative tasks, reports or projects including assistance with internal and external audit teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and business collections experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Accounts Receivable experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to be flexible
  • Detailed oriented personality with strong work ethic and high-level production
  • Position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills are required including Vlookups, formulas and pivot tables
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling and time management
  • Ability to successfully and timely complete challenging assignments, including, but not limited to, clearing accounts, period and year end activities, and other ad hoc tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain partnerships across internal and external customers
  • Ability to effectively and professionally present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, and teammates

Salary: $65,000+
