About the role

Company Description

As part of the NA Billing Transformation team, you will be responsible for providing support to the billing modernization program by bringing your extensive knowledge of billing processes. This is a critical role that is an integral part of the success of the program by assisting with requirements gathering, data mapping, detailed pricing analysis, UAT testing, implementation of new systems and functionality, and identifying/implementing process improvement opportunities. You will engage with stakeholders and users of the existing systems and platforms to help define opportunities for improvement and a roadmap for future development.

Job Description

  1. Assist with the identification, mapping, and flow of key data elements (Customer, Product & Pricing) across multiple systems.
  2. Perform detailed analysis of existing pricing configurations to support the identification of customer groups for the various phases of the program.
  3. Support the various phases of program including pricing configuration, testing, parallel runs, deployment to production and monitoring. Apply learnings and best practices from initial phases to the rest of the program.
  4. Assist with the identification and requirements for system and functionality enhancements. Participate in design review sessions.
  5. Perform UAT and regression testing for all new functionality and system enhancements.
  6. Recommend process improvement opportunities and be a champion for standardization, and automation of activities.
  7. Support business process changes and assist with defining, testing and implementation of new billing processes. Be a champion for process improvement and automation of activities.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of billing experience with functional knowledge of complex billing cycles, order management and pricing. 
  • Experience working with key stakeholders to design complex solution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with business stakeholders and technical teams and help to influence the future vision.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills ability to process information logically.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for excellence
  • Communicate clearly and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to interpret written customer contracts.
  • Oracle E-Business or ERP System

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Accounting/Finance concentration desirable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above.  Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.  This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
