Risk Data Analyst II

What The Role Is

The primary purpose for the position is to support daily operations and assist with special projects in the Data Analytics Department, specifically with respect to database management, process automation, financial analysis, documentation, and management reporting.

How You will Make an Impact

● Provide analytical support for corporate planning and risk management
● Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
● Assist the Analytics Manager with day-to-day operations of the Company’s management reporting
● Help manage the department’s data management and visualization tools
● Ability to work under general supervision, handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to manager
● Document operational procedures for key processes and business tools
● Assist with project management for department initiatives
● Communicate effectively with various functions of the Company

Who You Are

● Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is required (Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, etc.)
● 3 to 4 years of experience in data analytics or database management role
● Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, database applications and data visualization.
● Excellent analytical skills
● Excellent documentation, organizational, oral and written skills
● Must be a self-starter, excel at time management, detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines
● Preference will be given to applicants with experience in process automation, file transfer and loading, and SQL database querying.
