What You'll Contribute
The Senior Manager of Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. You may oversee a team of quality assurance professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of quality practices across the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement quality systems and processes that meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Build and lead a team of quality assurance professionals
Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality practices are implemented across the organization initially focused on mobile functionality and cross team impacts
Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and systems
Identify and address quality issues and risks proactively
Conduct internal and external quality audits and lead the corrective action process as needed
Provide leadership and guidance to the organization on quality-related matters

What You Have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Experience in the development and implementation of quality systems and processes
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in quality processes and systems
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
Student loan experience preferred
Mobile experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Science)
8+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
