The Director of Strategic Program Delivery is a senior leader responsible for driving the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on Product and Development. This role ensures strategic priorities are translated into clear, achievable programs with measurable business outcomes. The Director provides structure, oversight, and accountability for strategic initiatives, while also building organizational maturity in program management practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide programs, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, clarity, accountability, and measurable business value.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and integrated delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, monitor milestones, and manage integration points to ensure timely delivery, accountability, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Deliver clear, data-informed dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide executives with visibility into progress, risks, and resourcing needs.
• Establish and champion PMO standards, portfolio frameworks, and change management best practices to strengthen organizational delivery maturity.
• Identify and communicate risks, challenges, and critical updates to senior leadership to support timely decision-making.
• Lead and mentor program managers and project leads, elevating delivery capability across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 12–15 years of program management experience (SaaS/technology industry preferred), leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Program Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification a plus.
• Proven ability to drive strategic planning, prioritization, governance, and execution of programs to achieve organizational goals.
• Exposure to Agile, Product Development, or SDLC environments preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, influence senior executives, and align cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling teams.
