We are hiring a Care Lead in St. Joseph, MI. Oversee and support our caregiving team, ensuring clients receive top-quality care and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct supervisory visits and review care plans.
• Train and support caregiving staff.
• Monitor compliance with care standards.
• Maintain thorough client documentation and reports.
