The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Position Summary:
We're looking for a Commercial Card Specialist to act as the key point of contact for Commercial Card's external and internal customers. You will receive inquiries from Program Administrators in need of information, credit limit changes, account set up, misapplied payments, fraud support, and other service-related items.
Responsibilities:
· Participate on a team of Commercial Card Specialists assigned to support Commercial Card's clients.
· Protect and grow client relationships.
· Work with target clients & internal service partners to advocate client needs and solutions.
· Use product knowledge to resolve challenging client issues and conduct root cause analysis.
· Ensure risk/compliance guidelines are followed at all times.
· Understand the impact to the client of any changes in our processes and procedures.
· Demonstrate a commitment to, implement, and follow policies and procedures that support the Bank's Risk Vision.
Qualifications:
· 4 -6 years of experience in commercial card, transaction banking, or customer support
· TSYS (TS2) experience
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to travel as needed
· Bachelor's Degree
The typical base pay range for this role is between $91K - $112K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
