Who You Are

As a Sales Operations Manager you will help shape Justworks’ strategy by working within the business operations team to provide analysis and project management skills to support the sales organization including, sales management, revenue enablement and our product development team. As the Sales team’s embedded operations expert, your goal will be to empower the team to reach their goals by using the systems, data and processes at your disposal. The focus will be on creating lean systems, and infusing respect and reliance on data and operations into the sales team culture. 

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Drive sales operations strategy and execution for new product expansion, working closely with the business operations team to develop and implement effective processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional including sales, marketing, and product program leads to define and refine goals and objectives 

  • Develop and execute sales compensation plans for new product, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy and business objectives

  • Collaborate with sales management and revenue enablement teams to develop sales training programs and materials

  • Dive deep into data analytics and reporting, leveraging tools like Tableau and other reporting platforms to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations

  • Drive data governance standards and perform regular data quality audits for sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to design and optimize data models and processes

  • Establish a queue of ongoing projects and proactively support requests related to sales data, systems and process improvements

  • Work with the business operations team to increase efficiency, decrease margins and hit all sales KPI

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to data management, reporting and analytics, and make recommendations for their implementation

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Results-driven - consistently achieves results, even under difficult circumstances.

  • Clear communication - the ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using oral, written, visual and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to gain understanding.
