What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Director of HM Insight and working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and IT, as well as regional leadership
Delivering actionable financial and operational insights to support decision-making across business lines using data visualizations and enterprise performance management solutions
Opportunities to lead high-impact business transformation projects, work with cutting-edge technologies, and grow into a leadership role
Translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership
Exposure to advanced analytics platforms, cloud-based data solutions, and AI-driven tools is a key part of this role
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or an advanced technical degree
3–5 years of experience
Demonstrated proficiency in financial systems and/or enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Tableau, BW/4HANA, Oracle EPM—including Essbase, Planning, and Reporting)
Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action; able to influence and work across teams
Proactive in identifying trends and anomalies
Prior experience in the building materials industry is a plus
Work Environment
