Senior Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Solutions What You’ll DoYou are a business leader with expertise in growing and scaling revenue and teams. You are a strategic thinker who is passionate about drug development and bringing lifesaving medicines to patients. As the Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategy & Solutions(CSS) you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the long-term vision and business growth for the Clinicals Solutions business within Vaniam Group. Reporting to Vaniam Group’s Executive Vice President of Client Solutions, the Senior Vice President will lead the Clinical Strategy and Solutions business. As our Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Solutions, you are a strategic leader who is highly adept and well-versed in pharma drug development and product strategy within pharma. You must have an in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing our pharmaceutical clients in bringing new medications to market. Our Senior Vice President will lead and grow CSS and offer solutions to navigate complexities within clinical development to accelerate success on behalf of our clients. In this role and as part of the Vaniam Group growth strategy, you will have the exciting opportunity to build Vaniam Group’s Clinical Strategy and Solutions offerings to rapidly expand this service line to support our clients’ needs. - Build, Lead and Grow the Clinical Strategy and Solutions department into thepreeminent leader in the market

- Deliver exceptional work to Pharma Clients, leveraging the talent across Vaniam Group and driving enterprise wide thinking
- Work closely with the Executive Committe and other department leads to ensure strategic priorities are met.
- Develop infrastructure to ensure flexibility and scaling of resources to support exponential growth,
- Lead, Mentor and coach a team - instilling passion, accountability, and ownership
- Proactively anticipate market forces in terms of both opportunity and risk, promptly making decisions that positively impact the key company measures and objectives.
- Within 90 days develop a BD / Go-To-Market Strategy to ensure the exceptional Vaniam reputation is leveraged.
- Partner with Business Strategy and Client Services leadership to execute client engagement plan and secure new business.
- Identify key client opportunities for both short term and long term growth
- A key focus on organic growth with current Vaniam clients along with strategy to expand client base. ‘
- Actively develop, lead, and oversee strategic proposals, pricing, RFP submissions, client pitches, and support strategy and capabilities to prospective and existing clients
- Establish and maintain a partnership with clients as Vaniam Group’s clinical strategy expert
- Deliver growth results aligned to Vaniam Group annual KPIs
- Understand therapeutic trends and market factors in the field of oncology/hematology as well as other evolving priority therapeutic areas
- Understand client pipelines, clinical trials, lifecycle positions, and make corresponding actionable clinical strategy product and service recommendations; ability to converse with clients on market factors, clinical trials, lifecycle and/or competitive events
- Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare and clinical trial regulations directly or indirectly applicable to Vaniam Group products and services
- Provide recommendations to the Chief Medical Officer, President, and EVP of Client Solutions of organizational enhancements or changes to position Vaniam Group for accelerated growth
- Bachelor’s degree: PhD, PharmD, MD, MSN, ARNP or related degree is preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a leader in bringing new medicines to market including clinical trial management
- 2+ years of experience leading a department/division while successfully growing revenue and offerings, scaling the department/division, and strategically developing a team to deliver exceptional service. Alternatively, 3+ years as a core #2 to the division/dept lead doing the aforementioned
- 5+ years of oncology/hematology experience
- Working knowledge of digital marketing
- Ability to lead and work in high-pressure situations as a team
