Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall operations and management of the Refractive Department. This responsibility includes management of Refractive Counselors and any other staff directly involved in the care of patients in the refractive department to include the authority to hire, coach, counsel, evaluate, and discipline. This individual must also demonstrate ophthalmology knowledge as well as management knowledge, skills and perform duties such as liaison to physicians, vendors, internal and external individuals, and patients.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in leadership role.
Prefer experience in leading sales team or meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Education:
Require a bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field.

- Responsible for prevention of injury or harm to self, patients, visitors, and guests.
- Full accountability and responsibility for Refractive initiatives.
- Develop policies and procedures.
- Coordination for the Refractive Department schedules, flow, processes, and overall patient experience.
- Lead, organize, and direct patient education.
- Participate in health fairs and other community events as directed and appropriate.
- Patient care.
Salary:
$55,000-$60,000+ monthly bonuses
