Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly.

• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve ongoing issues.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
