HR Manager, Hilton Garden Inn Brasov

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our team at the brand-new Hilton Garden Inn Brasov, which is set to open in Q1 2026

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and administer HR-related documents, ensuring data accuracy.

• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.

• Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

• Lead and/or support HR projects organized by the management company.

• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

• Provide support to employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle, starting with employee onboarding.

• Coordinate and organize the celebration of employee birthdays and other company events.

• Promote and foster a culture of Hilton ambassadorship, ensuring staff embody the brand's values and service standards.

• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work experience in human resources.

• Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation, as well as HR functions and best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Commitment to delivering the best employee experience.

• Hands-on approach.

• Fluency in English is a must.
