DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

• Definition of the architecture of technical components
• Preparation of technical analysis
• Management of development teams. Providing effective leadership to the project members, ensuring their motivation and continuous development
• Development and maintenance of IT systems
• Coordination and review of project members
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Very good knowledge of OECD Standards & DAC
• Very good knowledge of JAVA
• Very good knowledge of SCRUM
• Very good knowledge of HTML5
• Very good knowledge of JAVASCRIPT
• Very good knowledge of PL/SQL
• Very good knowledge of SONAR
• Very good knowledge of JIRA
• Very good knowledge of UML
• Very good knowledge of RUP
• Very good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
• Very good knowledge of the projects aspects
• Ability to give business and technical presentations
• Ability to apply high quality standards

Due to the particular nature of the client, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:

• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects; Excellent Team Player
• Ability to understand, speak and write English & French will be an advantage;

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

• at least 20 years of specific expertise in JAVA
• at least 11 years of specific expertise in JIRA
• at least 10 years of specific expertise in ORACLE DATABASE
• at least 10 years of specific expertise in SCRUM
• at least 9 years of specific expertise in HTML5
• at least 9 years of specific expertise in JAVASCRIPT
• at least 7 years of specific expertise in SONAR  at least 7 years of specific expertise in RUP
• at least 5 years of specific expertise in PL/SQL

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:

• PSM 1 certification
