MillerKnoll Summer Internship Program is a paid opportunity that allows you to gain real-world experience and cultivate your professional skills. Besides the work you’ll do within your field of study, you'll participate in one-on-one meetings with mentors, a summer-long project, learning sessions with senior leaders, and much more.

MillerKnoll CMF (Colors, Materials, Finishes) is a cross functional team that supports the Herman Miller & Knoll brands through category management and development of our various surface materials – textiles, paint, veneer, laminate and plastic. Our team uniquely supports all regions, product categories, and customer channels across the business. We have two internship opportunities this year supporting our CMF Product Management and New Product Commercialization functions.

Product Management is at the center of portfolio and market assessment, defining business opportunities, and being subject matter expert resource to our field network. Data management and market analysis are critical to the success of Product Management, and our intern will have the opportunity to support creation of project briefs, data collection and assessment, and more.

MillerKnoll New Product Commercialization (NPC) is the cross functional development engine that brings our iconic products to life. CMF is one of many functions who drive this development forward. The intern supporting our NPC Lead, will participate in development projects, work with CMF design in defining and documenting scope and criteria, and more.
