Your Tasks:

• Set and monitor lean targets for inventory, space utilization, quality improvement, productivity enhancement, and lead time reduction within the manufacturing site.
• Identify and systematically eliminate waste in the manufacturing process to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement operation and machine balance strategies, organizing all production tasks around human motion to create an efficient and safe production sequence that prioritizes safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage the procurement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all material handling equipment, and establish an autonomous material handling system to optimize material flow.
• Provide training and mentorship to employees on lean six sigma concepts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

 

Your profile:

• Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, with a track record of successfully implementing lean principles and driving process improvements.
• Hold a full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E) or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical knowledge.
• Experience in the Tier 1 automotive industry is an asset, showcasing familiarity with the specific challenges and requirements of this sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to train and guide teams in the adoption of lean six sigma practices and methodologies.
